Careers Through Faith -- Overview & Options Careers Through Faith began 19-years ago when CTF Founder Nick Synko received a request from his pastor to meet with an individual experiencing a crisis of faith driven by career-related issues. Nick, a career-transition coach and organizational change strategist, guided this individual and then soon others through career decisions using a faith-based perspective. Within the year, individual career coaching evolved into classroom programs. CTF is now offered by faith-based organizations across the country. In each case these churches wanted to offer the people they serve street-smart career discernment, job search, resume writing, networking and interviewing skills -- all incorporating a faith-based perspective.(See Matthew 25:17)
Today, CTF helps people of all faith backgrounds and professions integrate their career, faith and life. If employment issues are a concern within your community, we know how to help.
