Our Mission The mission ofCTF is to help individuals identify their unique God-given talents and purpose, moving them toward a career that provides a sustainable income. What We Do Careers Through Faith operates as a non-profit ministry to help people discover how to productively integrate their career, faith, and life. We offer career discernment from a faith-based perspective, as well as street smart job search, resume writing, networking, and interviewing skills.
The program serves a number of needs.
- For some, we simply help them get a job.
- For others, we help them discover skills and interests that help them get a job with meaning.
- For everyone, we strive to help them get the job that brings meaning into their life and enables them to achieve their mission.
